Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their service booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any penalty.

  • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of ₹100 may be applied.

  • If the customer requests a location change after the scheduled service time, additional charges will be applied.

Refunds

  • If a service is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

  • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time and a cancellation fee is applied, the refund will be the amount paid minus the cancellation fee.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 2-4 working days (in some cases it may take 5-7 working days).

Service Quality Issues

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please report the issue to our customer support team within 2 hours of service completion.

  • Each complaint will be reviewed carefully on a case-by-case basis.

  • If a complaint is found valid, a partial or full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Purre Carma.
